The National MS Society is committed to holding the safest organized bike rides possible.  Our commitment is evident in our thoroughly planned routes, the many volunteers who provide route support, our frequent and well-stocked rest stops and much more!

Of course, we need your help to ensure a safe event.

To prepare for Bike MS: Bike to Bordeaux, please review the following materials developed by the Society in collaboration with the League of American Bicyclists.

Also, before the ride please watch the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's "Safe Riding" video. 

Before arriving at Bike MS: Bike to Bordeaux, be sure to look over your bike and, if need be, have your bike looked at by one of our Bike Techs on hand.

No riders under the age of 18 should be on the route alone.  All under-age cyclists should be with a parent/guardian at all times.
