Raise $5,000+ and join the Bike MS Passport Program
The Passport Program is a reward for you, our top fundraisers who have committed so much of their time, energy and resources to moving us closer toward a world free of MS.

When you raise $5,000 or more at a 2013 Maryland Chapter bike ride, you qualify to participate in any of our 100 unique rides across the country without needing to meet the fundraising requirement in 2014. Members also receive a free Passport Program Jersey OR Become an Extra-miler!

Raise $6,000+ and Join the Mission Possible Club
Mission Possible Club Members are those who raise $1 for every person in Maryland diagnosed with MS. Mission Possible Club members receive all the benefits listed above, a Mission Possible Plaque and free admission to the Chapter's Annual Meeting in October OR Become an Extra-miler!

Raise $10,000+ and attend Tour of Champions
Those top fundraisers that raise more than $10,000 will receive an invitation to the National MS Society's Tour of Champions. The Tour is a special opportunity for top fundraisers across the country to meet, share ideas and celebrate their accomplishments. Chapter covers airfare, hotel and event registration. Cyclists also receive all the perks listed above OR Become an Extra-miler!

What is an Extra-miler?
Take your support to the next level. Each year, the chapter purchases prizes and incentives for the event participants to reward them for their fundraising efforts. Many of our participants have generously waived or donated their prizes back to the National MS Society to further our work to help create a world free of MS. Thank you for your generosity! You will receive special recognition on the website. 

Where the Money Goes Your dollars are spent on programs and support services for people affected by multiple sclerosis and MS-related research. Your generous contributions move research closer to a cure and help people with MS and their loved ones move their llives forward. $50-  Round-trip taxi ride to medical appointment $100- Walker or Shower Chair $250- Transport Chair; Round-trip wheelchair ride to medical appointment or Portable Ramp $500- Help fund a college scholarship for a high school senior with MS or 24 hours of Respite Services for a caregiver $1,000- Hospital Bed; 1/2 of a standard chair lift; utility or rental assistance to two members $43,000- Funds a research grant (average cost)
